I honestly didn’t know it was possible to feel so comfortable and confident in a dress, and that was completely down to the experience you created for me. I had no idea what I wanted when I came in, but you were all so supportive, kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the whole process. You made what could have felt overwhelming into such a special and memorable experience. You also helped me find the most perfect veil, which kept the feel of my grannies, and for that I will never be able to thank you enough. It meant more to me than I can put into words. We had the most perfect day, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for everything you did for me.
