Bridal Stylist

We are dedicated to helping brides find wedding attire that reflects their personal style and vision. The team focuses on offering a welcoming, inclusive environment where every client receives individual attention and guidance.  Team members collaborate closely to deliver memorable experiences and support clients throughout their bridal journey.

The Bridal Stylist is a full-time position (35hrs including weekends) with hourly pay and commission. In this position you will welcome clients to the boutique, conduct consultations to understand their preferences, and guide them through trying on and selecting bridal gowns and accessories. You will manage appointments, provide styling advice, support fittings, and ensure each client feels comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Daily tasks include maintaining the showroom presentation, processing sales, updating client records, and coordinating with colleagues and suppliers. You will contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere while working toward sales targets and delivering a high level of customer care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both in-person and over phone/email.

• Experience in fashion, bridalwear, or luxury retail is beneficial.

• Ability to build rapport, work collaboratively in a small team, and handle multiple appointments.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort with basic point-of-sale and scheduling systems.
